NOTICE is hereby given that, by an order of the District Court of the Otago Goldfields, held at Naseby, made on the 1st day of October, 1901, the Deputy Official Assignee in Bankruptcy for the district was appointed Liquidator of the above company; and a general meeting of creditors will be held at the Courthouse, Ophir, on Thursday, the 24th October, 1901, at 2 p.m.

By said order, Friday, the 8th day of November, 1901, was appointed the day on or before for all claims against the said company to be filed in the Court. Any creditor not proving his debt on or before the day named will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution of assets made before the debt of such creditor is proved.
