In the matter of the Pouawa No. 1 Block, Lot 8, and of an appeal by Mihi Hetekia from the decision of the Native Land Court on an application for confirmation of a transfer from Mihi Hetekia to W. D. Lysnar.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
