IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Hakateramea Survey District, Waimate County, hereinafter described.
