WHEREAS by Orders in Council dated the 18th and 26th January, 1899, respectively, His Excellency the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, did declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be taken for the purpose of roads, and shall vest in the Cook County Council as from the 16th March, 1899.
