Native Land Court Notices.
Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of Te Huruhi No. 1, and of the application of Kupenga te Waero and another under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
WHEREAS the above application has been referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas it appears that, through an error on the part of the Court on the partition of the Te Huruhi Block, Hemi Tamihana, one of the owners, was awarded a full share in Te Huruhi No. 1: And whereas it has since been ascertained that the interest of the said Hemi Tamihana was in one portion only of the said Huruhi Block, containing about 10 acres, situate at Te Paripari:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the definition of interests by the Court in the partition order for Te Huruhi No. 1 be and the same hereby is cancelled, and that it be referred back to the Native Land Court to redefine the interests in the said block, and to allocate the interest of the said Hemi Tamihana therein; the said Hemi Tamihana to be at liberty to appeal within two months from the gazetting of this order.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to a Judge of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
