All that parcel of land in the Land District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 306 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block VIII., Mangaoporo Survey District. Bounded on the north-east by the Wharekirauponga Block, 8227-3 links; on the east by a road reserve, 1100 links; on the south generally by the Pukemanuka C² and B² Blocks, 12194-7 links; and on the north-west by the Ngararahiwi-hiwi and Kariaka Streams: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier.
