and by the north-western boundaries of Horohoro 1A Block and Horohoro 1C Block, to Wharaurangi; thence by the south-western boundaries of the following blocks: Kaitao 2B, Kaitao 2A, Rotohokahoka C2, Rotohokahoka C1, Rotohokahoka D, Okoheriki 1F, Okoheriki 1E, by the southern boundary-lines of Section 4, Block II., Horohoro Survey District, by the road forming the western boundaries of Sections 4 and 3 of said Block II.; thence by Blocks II. and I., Horohoro Survey District, and I., Horohoro West Survey District, to the south-western corner of Section 10, Block XIII., Rotorua Survey District; thence by a right line to the intersection of the northern side of the Oxford-Rotorua Road with the western boundary-line of Section 5A, Block IX., Rotorua Survey District; thence by a right line to Puwhenua Trig. Station; thence by a right line to the southernmost corner of Waoku No. 2 Block near Otanewainuku Trig. Station; thence by a right line to Otawa Trig. Station; thence by a right line to the easternmost corner of Hikutawatawa Block (4864 in red), and thence by a right line to Wairakei, including Motiti Island.

AOTEA.

All that area in the Colony of New Zealand bounded towards the north generally from Parininihi by the confiscation line and the southern boundary-lines of the Rohepotae Block to the Wanganui River, by that river, by the Whakapapa River and the Mangahua Stream, to the source of that stream; thence by a right line to Paratetaitanga; thence by a right line to Ruapehu; thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of Rawhitia Block, by the north-eastern boundaries of that block and the Rangituhia Block, by the Hautapu River to its confluence with the Pahekeheke Stream; thence by a right line to the confluence of the Hautapu River with the Oraukura Stream; thence by a right line to the confluence of the Matawhero Stream with the Rangitikei River, by the said river and the Mangaohane Stream to the source of the last-named stream which is nearest to the Trig. Station 9A, Otupae; thence by a right line to said trig. station and by a line in the direction of the intersection of the 39th parallel of south latitude with the meridian of 176° 30′ east longitude, to the Taruarau River;

thence by the said Taruarau River and the Ngaruroro River to the confluence of the latter river with the Omahiki Stream: thence towards the south-east by a right line over the highest peak at the northernmost source of the Makaroro Stream to the Ruahine Range; thence by the summit of the said Ruahine Range, the summit of the Tararua Range and the Rimutaka Range, and the summit of the watershed east of the Orongorongo River to Cape Turakirae: thence towards the south by the sea to Cape Terawhiti: and thence towards the west generally by the sea to Parininihi aforesaid, the place of commencement.

TE IKAROA.

All that area in the Colony of New Zealand bounded towards the north-east by the Waiariki District hereinbefore described from the northern corner of Runanga No. 1B Block to the northernmost corner of Maungataniwha Block; thence by the Tai-Rawhiti District as described in the Schedule to the said Order in Council (published in New Zealand Gazette No. 1, of 7th January, 1901) to the mouth of the Waikare River in Hawke’s Bay: thence towards the south-east by the sea to Cape Palliser: thence towards the south-west by the sea to Cape Turakirae: and thence towards the north-west by the Aotea District hereinbefore described to a right line bearing north-easterly from Trig. Station 9A, Otupae, to the intersection of the 39th parallel of south latitude with the meridian of 176° 30′ east longitude; thence by that right line, by the southern, western, and northern boundary-lines of Owhaoko C Block, again by the said north-easterly line from Trig. Station 9A, by the Te Matai Block, and again by the said north-easterly line from Trig. Station 9A to the intersection of parallel and meridian aforesaid; thence by a right line to the easternmost corner of Wharetoto Block; thence by a right line to Trig. Station 49, Mangatera; and thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of Runanga No. 1B Block (3193B), the place of commencement.
