A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional certificate of title in the name of
JOHN WILKIE, of Wanganui, Farmer, for Section 5,
Town of Westport, certificate of title, Vol. xii., folio 122.
and evidence having been lodged with me as to the loss of
the original certificate, I hereby give notice that I will issue
such provisional certificate as requested at the expiration of
fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

N OTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of
shareholders in this company will be held at my
office, Jetty Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 16th
October, 1901, at 4.30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the
Liquidator’s account showing the manner in which the
winding-up has been conducted, and of determining the
manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of
the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be dis-
posed of.

thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution made before such debts are proved.
