NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past subsisted between JOHN HAY PRESSLY and JOHN RICHARD YOUNG, trading together under the style or firm of “J. H. Pressly and Co.,” at Dunedin, in the business of Fruiterers, Nurserymen, and Seedsmen, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that all the debts due to the said firm are to be paid to the said John Hay Pressly, and all liabilities of the said firm will be discharged by him.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of this company, held at the registered office (corner of High and Princes Streets), Dunedin, on Friday, the 19th day of July, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, the following resolution, passed at an extraordinary meeting of the company held on the 28th June, 1901—viz., “That the Balmacewan Park Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and its amendments”—was confirmed as a special resolution.

Mr. RICHARD THOMAS WHEELER, Jun., Accountant, of Dunedin, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its property.
