879 APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 90 OF “THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1894.”—OKAHUATIU NO. 1A.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Gisborne on Monday, the 5th day of August, 1901, for the purpose of ascertaining what amount of compensation ought to be paid to the Native owners of the Okahuatiu No. 1A Block for all that portion thereof, containing 2 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, taken by the Ngatapa Road Board under the provisions of the said Act, and which said portion is set out in an Order in Council dated the 31st day of August, 1900, and duly gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette on the 6th and 13th respectively of the month of September, 1900.
Applications for Confirmation Certificates under Section 55.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

“THE WEST COAST SETTLEMENT RESERVES ACT, 1892.”
Reserves for Leasing by Tender.
THE Public Trustee hereby notifies that tenders will be received at the Public Trust Office, Wellington, up to 2 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 28th day of August, 1901, for leases, under the provisions of “The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892,” and the regulations dated the 13th day of February, 1893, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 23rd day of February, 1893, and Kahiti of the 23rd day of February, 1893, of the under-mentioned reserves, in lots as numbered, and on the terms stated below.
Conditions of tender can be inspected, envelopes and also printed forms of tender and declaration can be obtained, of the Postmasters at Opunake, Manaia, Normanby, Waitotara, Patea, Waverley, Stratford, Waitara, Okato, Oakura, Puniho, Pungarehu; and of the agents of the Public Trustee at Hawera, Palmerston North, Wanganui, and Napier; the office of T. W. Fisher, Esq., Reserves Agent, New Plymouth; or at the office of the Public Trustee, Wellington.
