AGENCY COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED) is the registered proprietor; and for Rural Sections 32005 and 31555, Leeston and Rolleston Survey Districts, Vol. lxxxiv., folios 33 and 254, of the Register-book, whereof JOHN BRABAZON, of Aylesbury, Runholder, is the registered proprietor; and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the original certificates of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificates at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

WHEREAS ISABELLA MARSHALL CHRISP, wife of EDMUND CHRISP, of Gisborne, Music-seller, claiming as sole beneficiary of estate of WILLIAM ROBSON, late of Cemetery, Norwood, in County of Surrey, England, who died on the 3rd December, 1853, of which estate CATHERINE CHRISP, who died on the 11th February, 1901, was the tenant for life, has applied to be registered as proprietress of mortgages Nos. 7201, 9146, and 9265:

Notice is hereby given that she will be so registered unless caveat forbidding same be lodged within one month from the date of Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of “The Rating on Unimproved Value Act, 1896,” and “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” a poll was taken at Linwood on Thursday, the 30th day of May, 1901, on the proposal that “The Rating on Unimproved Value Act, 1896,” be adopted in the Borough of Linwood, and that henceforth property be rated upon the basis of the unimproved value thereof.

The following is the result of the poll:—

I therefore declare the proposal duly carried.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned JOHN Cornwallis PONSONBY and NICHOLAS COLEMAN GRIFFEN, in the business of Sharebrokers, carried on by us at No. 134, Princes Street, Dunedin, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 21st day of June, 1901; and the said John Cornwallis Ponsonby will continue to carry on business at the said address, and he will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities, and receive all money payable to the said late firm.
