Rule under “The Supreme Court Act, 1882.”

RANFURLY, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Auckland, this tenth day of June, 1901.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by the thirty-first section of “The Supreme Court Act, 1882,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, and with the concurrence of his Honour the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and of his Honour Mr. Justice Edwards, a Judge of the said Court, doth hereby make the following rule, and declare that such rule shall take effect on and after the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

CLOSING OF COURT AND OFFICES.

The Supreme Court, and the offices thereof, in the under-mentioned provincial districts shall be closed on the dates mentioned below, during the visit of Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York.

Auckland Provincial District.

Tuesday and Wednesday, 11th and 12th June, 1901.

Taranaki, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Marlborough, Nelson, and Westland Provincial Districts.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 18th, 19th, and 21st June, 1901.

Canterbury Provincial District.

Saturday and Monday, 22nd and 24th June, 1901.

Otago Provincial District.

Wednesday and Thursday, 26th and 27th June, 1901.
