Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the Whareraurekau Block, and of the application of Ripeka te Manu and others under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

WHEREAS the above application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas it appears that the names of the said Ripeka te Manu and Te Paea te Manu were accidentally omitted from the list of names of owners of the said block:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said omission, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of the Court, dated the 5th day of November, 1889, ascertaining the ownership of the said block be amended by adding the names of Ripeka te Manu and Te Paea te Manu as owners of one share each.
As witness my hand, this 29th day of May, 1901.

“THE NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1894.”—PAPAKOROKORO BLOCK.

WHEREAS an application was made to the Court on the 12th August, 1896, for orders under section 66 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” to be made in substitution of an order dated 24th July, 1894, under section 81 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” charging the Papakorokoro Block with the sum of £165 17s. 8d.:
And whereas the said Papakorokoro Block has been partitioned into several parcels: And whereas the Court made orders under the said section 66 as to certain of the said parcels, but made no order as to the proportion of the said charge against Papakorokoro No. 5 :
