NOTICE is hereby given that the Court will, on the 28th day of June, 1901, or as soon thereafter as its business will allow, as a continuation of the inquiry into the application of Te Rangituataka under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” with respect to Mahoenui No. 2 Block (notified in Te Kuiti Panui No. 1900-38, of 30th October, 1900, application No. 492), proceed to inquire and report as to the boundary of the land known as Otiao, alleged to have been wrongly included in the said Mahoenui No. 2 Block.
