PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.
IT is hereby notified that the Partnership heretofore existing between WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES, HENRIE HAMPTON RAYWARD, and ERNEST SMITH BALDWIN, carrying on business in Wellington, Christchurch, Auckland, and Dunedin as Patent Agents and Engineers, under the style of “Hughes, Rayward, and Baldwin,” has been dissolved by mutual consent.
Mr. William Ernest Hughes has taken over the business of the late firm with the exception of the engineering business in connection with gold-dredging, which has been taken over by Messrs. Rayward and Baldwin.
Mr. Hughes will be entitled to receive all book debts due to the late firm, and will discharge all its liabilities other than those relating to gold-dredging engineering, and will in future carry on the business as patent agent and consulting engineer in the various offices of the late firm, under the name or style of “Henry Hughes.”
Messrs. Rayward and Baldwin will carry on business as patent agents and mining and consulting engineers in partnership.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wirokino Road Board proposes to take the pieces of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts for the purposes of a public road, and also that a plan showing the land required to be taken, together with the names of the owners and occupiers of such land, is deposited at the office of the Wirokino Road Board, in Levin, and is open for public inspection; and also that all persons affected by the taking of the said land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the office of the said Board, in Levin, addressed to the Chairman.
