Notice of Dissolution of Company.
IN the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the affidavit and application of William McKenzie Commons and George Alfred Crabbe, two of the directors of the Tauranga Temperance Hall Company (Limited), I hereby notify that, no objection to such application having been made and lodged with me as by the said Act required, I do now declare such company to be dissolved.

Notifying the Public Reserves in the Township of Parata.

IT is hereby notified for public information that the under-mentioned lands, having been shown upon the deposited plan of the Native Township of Parata as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of each of the descriptions in the Schedule hereto, are vested in Her Majesty, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 12 of “The Native Townships Act, 1895,” and will be dealt with as reserves under “The Public Reserves Act, 1881.”

TOWNSHIP OF PARATA.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block VI., Parata Township. Bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 14 and 15; towards the east by Section No. 10; towards the south by Rikiorangi Road; and towards the west by Sections Nos. 43 and 8: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. For a site for public buildings of the General Government.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block VI., Parata Township. Bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 16 and 15; towards the east by Section No. 9; towards the south by Section No. 43; and towards the west by Seddon Street: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. For a site for public buildings of the General Government.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Section No. 43, Block VI., Parata Township. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 8; towards the east by Section No. 9; towards the south by Rikiorangi Road; and towards the west by Seddon Street: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. For a public-school site.

Village-homestead Allotments, Southland, open for Selection on Lease in Perpetuity.

THE under-mentioned Crown lands will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill, on and after Tuesday, the 12th March, 1901.
If more than one application be received for the same section on the same day, then the order of selection shall be decided by ballot on the following day, at 11 a.m., at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill. If the sections be not applied for on the 12th March, they will be open thereafter for application at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill.
