to be a Trustee, in the place of Percival Henry Pease, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Eltham Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 62, 604·6 links; towards the east by Section No. 64, 1192·6 links; towards the south-east by Rahotu Road, 695·8 links; and towards the west by a road, 1536·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth. |
