IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

DAVID SYME

to be a Trustee, in the place of Percival Henry Pease, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Eltham Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

Trustees for the Rahotu Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

William Chick Phillips, Harry Langman, William . Ralston Wright, Thomas Alexander Bradley, and William Howell. RAHOTU.
All that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 39 perches, more or less, being Section No. 63, Block I., Opunake Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 62, 604·6 links; towards the east by Section No. 64, 1192·6 links; towards the south-east by Rahotu Road, 695·8 links; and towards the west by a road, 1536·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, New Plymouth.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred.

WILLIAM BREMNER

to be Trustees, in the place of H. H. Seccombe and W. Mann, who have left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Opunake Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
