IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT, NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of the Te Kawau and other blocks; and of an appeal by Roera te Kati from the decision of the Native Land Court appointing successors to Tuihu, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
