Revoking Warrant appointing Trustees for the Campbelltown (Bluff) Cemetery.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the warrant of the twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, appointing trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the Campbelltown (Bluff) Public Cemetery, as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and one.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the Schedule, as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and one.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 15 of said block 1461 links, by a public road 100 links, and by Section No. 14 of said block 178 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 14 aforesaid, 1794 links; and towards the west and south-west by a public road, 1040 and 1030 links. |
