NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the under-mentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to be held on Monday, the 25th day of March, 1901, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

Mining Notices.

I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the New Gloucester Gold-mining Company (Limited) as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the New Gloucester Gold-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations or intended operations is at Karaka Creek, Thames.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Hobson’s Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland.

  4. The value of the company’s property, including claim or lease ground and machinery, is two thousand five hundred pounds.

  5. The number of shares in the company is one hundred thousand, of sixpence each.

  6. The number of shares subscribed for is eighty thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

  7. The name of the Manager is John Hunter Harrison.

THE GOTHIC GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Gothic Gold-dredging Company (Limited), duly held on the 15th day of February, 1901, at the Board-room of the Agricultural Hall, Crawford Street, Dunedin, a resolution, “That the company be forthwith wound up voluntarily,” was passed unanimously; and such resolution was unanimously confirmed, and carried as a special resolution, at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened for the purpose, and held at the registered office of the company, Dunedin, on the 8th day of March, 1901.
