I, THE undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the the capital of the above-named company was, on the 22nd day of January, 1901, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing 200,000 new shares of one shilling each, in addition to the 200,000 shares now existing in the company.
