Small Grazing-runs, Kaikoura County, open for Selection.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Blenheim, 25th January, 1901.

THE under-mentioned small grazing-runs will be open for selection at the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim, and the Land Office, Kaikoura, on and after Monday, the 25th February, 1901.

If more than one application be received for the same run on the same day, then the order of selection shall be decided by ballot on Wednesday, the 27th February, 1901, at 11 a.m., at the Land Office, Kaikoura.

† Interest and sinking fund on buildings, valued at £780, repayable in fourteen years by half-yearly instalments of £39 7s. 10d. Total half-yearly payment for Run No. 111, £148 15s. 9d.

‡ Interest and sinking fund on buildings, valued at £160, repayable in ten years by half-yearly instalments of £10 7s. 3d. Total half-yearly payment for Run No. 112, £63 11s. 8d.

$ Reserve A, 1,003 acres (stock reserve), is offered for lease for fourteen years only, and the tenant is to be bound to depasture travelling stock at the rates specified in pamphlet.
