No. 10, Private MICHAEL FLYNN, Wallace Mounted Rifle Volunteers,
from the New Zealand Volunteer Force, the private having been convicted in the Stipendiary Magistrate’s Court at Invercargill, on the 11th day of September, 1901, for disturbing a religious service at Otatau on Sunday, the 8th day of September, 1901.
Dismissal to date from the 25th day of September, 1901.
