Proclaiming a Road as closed through Lands in Block III.,
Pareora Survey District, Levels County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road in the Pareora Survey District hereinafter de-
scribed.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of Road closed. Passing through or abutting on Rural Sections Block No. Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 1 38·7 5407, 17894, and 7710 III. Pareora R. 2843 Green.

In the Land District of Canterbury; as the same is deli-
neated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited
in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as
above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this fifth day of December, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.

In the Land District of Marlborough; as the same is deli-
neated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited
in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as
above noted.

Onetaua Survey District, County of Collingwood.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land
hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Colling-
wood County Council, being the local authority in whose
district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby
proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE.

The parcel of land mentioned hereunder:—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Portion of Section Block. Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 8 0 36 2, Square 16 I. Onetaua R. 1206 Red.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked as above noted, depo-
sited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wel-
ington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
