SPEC GULLY GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Spec Gully Gold-dredging Company (Limited) held at the Board-room of the Agricultural Hall, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Monday, 15th October, 1900, and confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting held the same place on Thursday, 1st November, at 3.30 p.m., the following resolutions were passed:—
RESOLUTIONS.
“1. That the capital of the company be increased to £6,000, divided into 6,000 shares of £1 each.”
“2. That the existing shareholders of the company be entitled to 2,000 of the said 6,000 shares of £1 each in place of the 4,000 shares of £1 each at present held by them, and that each of the said 2,000 shares shall be deemed to be fully paid up to £1.”
