Notifying Lands in Auckland for Sale by Public Auction.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the twenty third day of November, one thousand nine hundred, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Trustees for the Ealing Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
Johnston Montgomery, George Tilson, Richard Reddicliffe, Isaiah Gallagher, and Henry Harris. EALING. All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3113, formerly part of Reserve 1650, Block VIII., Rangitata Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a line parallel to the north-western boundary of Section No. 34643, 825·9 links; towards the north-east by a line at a right angle south-easterly, 700 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 34643, 600·1 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 735·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred.
