At an extraordinary general meeting of the above com-
pany, duly convened, and held at the office of the
company, No. 1, Bond Street, Dunedin, on the 10th day of
January, 1900, the following special resolution was duly
passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting
of the members of the said company, also duly convened,
and held at the same place on the 24th day of January,
1900, the following resolution was duly confirmed: “That
the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions
of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and that Edward Trythall,
of Dunedin, accountant, be and is hereby appointed Li-
quidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
