IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned land will be offered for sale by auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim, on Tuesday, the 27th day of February, 1900.

RUN No. 145, Block VII., Onamalutu Survey District: 712 acres; upset annual rental, £5; term, twenty-one years. Average height, 1,200 ft.; 380 acres green bush, 230 acres burnt bush, remainder fern, scrub, and grass; very broken; poor soil; well watered. Weighted with £50, value for improvements.
