TARAKEWHATI NO. 2 BLOCK (1134-7).

263 WHEREAS on the investigation of the title to the land known as Tarakewhati No. 2, the area was shown on the approved plan of the block before the Court as 187 acres 1 rood 16 perches, and was divided as under, viz :-

Tarake whati No. 2A, 60 acres,
Tarake whati No. 2B, 67 acres 1 rood 16 perches,
Tarake whati No. 2C, 60 acres :

And whereas upon recalculation it has been discovered that there is a deficiency of 14 acres 1 rood 16 perches in the total area of the block, and that the correct area is 173 acres :

Now, therefore, the Chief Judge has referred to the Court for inquiry and report the question as to how this deficiency is to be distributed over the above-mentioned divisions. Such inquiry will be held at the Native Land Court sitting at Te Aroha on the 23rd day of August, 1900, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.
