NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Hastings on the 28th day of February, 1900, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

NOTICE is hereby given that ELIZABETH JANET Low and KATE OULAGHAN, formerly of Eketahuna, now of Palmerston North, Hotelkeepers, were this day adjudged bankrupts; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held at the Courthouse, Masterton, on Wednesday, the 24th day of January, 1900, at 11 o’clock a.m.
