Pastoral Run, Marlborough, for Lease by Public Auction.

Blenheim, 24th January, 1900.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned land will be
offered for sale by auction at the District Lands and
Survey Office, Blenheim, on Tuesday, the 27th day of
February, 1900.

SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
Pastoral License under Part VI. of “The Land Act, 1892.”
Run No. 145, Block VII., Onamalutu Survey District: 712
acres; upset annual rental, £5; term, twenty-one years.
Average height, 1,200 ft.; 380 acres green bush, 230 acres
burnt bush, remainder fern, scrub, and grass; very broken;
poor soil; well watered. Weighted with £50, value for im-
provements.

small grazing-run will be open for lease on applica-

yearly rental stated.

Land in Marlborough open for Selection on Lease in Per-
petuity.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned land
will be opened for selection on lease in perpetuity, at
the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim, on Mon-
day, the 12th day of March, 1900, under the provisions of
“ The Land Act, 1892,” “ The Land for Settlements Act,
1894,” the Land for Settlements Act Amendment Acts,
1895 and 1896, and the regulations made thereunder.
If more than one application be received for the allotment
on the same day, then the order of selection shall be decided
by ballot at the District Lands and Survey Office, Blenheim.
If the section be not applied for on the 12th March, 1900, it
will be open for application thereafter at the District Lands
and Survey Office, Blenheim.

the back of Mount Stoker. The soil is light; watered.

Kauri Timber, Auckland, for Sale by Public Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 8th January, 1900.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned
kauri timber, standing on Blocks IV. and V., Otama
Survey District, Coromandel County, will be offered for sale
by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, on Friday, 23rd February, 1900, at 11 o’clock a.m.
About 7,010,000 superficial feet, nearly all sound green
timber, situated on Kuaotunu No. III. Block, having a
southerly slope to Mercury Bay, distant between one and
two miles. Upset price, £5,257 10s.
Conditions of Sale.—One-third cash (or marked cheque)
on fall of the hammer, one-third in twelve months from
date of sale, and balance by 31st December, 1902. Seven
years allowed for removal of timber.
