TAKAKA ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed by the Takaka Road Board, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in the Anatoki portion of the Takaka Road District; and for the purpose of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and, also, that a plan showing the lands required to be taken, together with the names of the owners or occupiers of such lands, is deposited in the office of the Takaka News, in Takaka aforesaid, and is there open for inspection during office hours.
And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the said Board, addressed to the undersigned.
