NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company will voluntarily cease to carry on business in any part of New Zealand at the expiration of three calendar months from the 26th day of July, 1900.

THE ENTERPRISE GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (NO LIABILITY).

NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

I, THE undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 18th day of July, 1900, resolved on. The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing five hundred new shares of one pound each, in addition to the three thousand shares now existing in the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that NATHANIEL ARTHUR HEYWOOD, of No. 10, Norfolk Street, Strand, in the County of London, in England, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature in England, has been appointed this day by his Honour Mr. Justice Martin a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in England, under the second section of “The Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,” for the purpose of taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
