NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of “The Mining Companies Acts Amendment Act, 1897,” and “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” that the situation of the Offices or places of business in New Zealand of the following companies, namely,—

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between ARTHUR DRAKE and GODFREY GEORGE HALSTED, trading together as Farmers at Waikawa, in the Provincial District of Wellington, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by the said Arthur Drake alone, who will pay all the debts and liabilities and receive all moneys due to the partnership.
