NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that, the affairs of the above-named company having been fully wound up, a General Meeting of the company will be held on Wednesday, the 29th August, 1900, at 5 o’clock p.m., at the office of the Liquidator, Edward Trythall, No. 1, Bond Street, Dunedin, for the purpose of having laid before it an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given in connection therewith.
