In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and amendments; and in the matter of the Union Co-operative Land Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a meeting of the company held on the 7th day of May, 1900, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on 25th day of May, 1900:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Acts, and that Mr. David Wilson be appointed Liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned WILLIAM TOPP MASSON and CHARLES JAMES ORDISH, as Blacksmiths and Wheelwrights, at Carterton, under the firm of “Wallace, Masson, and Co.,” was on the 1st day of June, 1900, dissolved by mutual consent, and the business will in future be carried on by the said William Topp Masson, and that all debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said William Topp Masson.

As witness our hands, this 6th day of June, 1900.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
