Lawrence, 15th January, 1900.
At a special meeting of the shareholders in the above
company, held on Saturday, the 13th January, 1900, it
was unanimously resolved that the affairs of the company
be wound up voluntarily, and HERBERT HASTINGS LEARY, in
conjunction with ROBERT MCKEICH and CHARLES SWANWICK,
act as Liquidators.

Vol. lxxix., folio 145, the registered proprietor whereof is
JOSEPH HABERFIELD, a half-caste, now deceased: I
hereby give notice that I shall issue a provisional certificate
of title for the said land at the expiration of fourteen days
from the date of publication hereof.
