"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."—Application under Section 39 dismissed.
UPON reading the report of the Native Land Court upon the application of Tamihana Huata, under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," for inclusion of the name of the said Tamihana Huata in the list of names for Waipaoa Nos. 7 and 9, I decide to refuse the said application.
