Removal of Restrictions on Alienation of Native Land.
RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS application has been made to the Governor by the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, praying that the restrictions on the alienation of such land contained in a certificate of title under “The Native Land Court Act, 1880,” dated the thirteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, and now contained in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the seventeenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, may be removed: And whereas inquiry has been duly made by the Native Land Court, and the said Court has recommended that such restrictions be removed:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the fifty-second section of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and in accordance with the recommendation of the Native Land Court, doth hereby order and declare that all restrictions imposed by the said certificate of title and partition order on the alienation of the said land are hereby removed.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing 742 acres 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, known as the Pukehamoamoa A Block, held under partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 17th day of December, 1897, in favour of Hoeroa Tiopira, and containing the following restrictions: “Inalienable by sale or mortgage, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years, without forfeit for rent payable half-yearly.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred.

Animals Protection Act: Native and Imported Game not to be taken or killed on Island of Kapiti, Kapiti Survey District, Wellington.
RANFURLY, Governor.
PURSUANT to the powers conferred upon him by “The Animals Protection Act, 1880,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand doth hereby notify that native and imported game shall not be taken or killed on the Island of Kapiti, in the Kapiti Survey District, Land District of Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
WILLIAM HENRY SINDERBY NICHOLLS,
being a person holding the office of Postmaster, under “The Post Office Act, 1881,” at Masterton, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”
As witness my hand, this twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred.
