I, HAROLD SWALE, Bachelor of Medicine University of London, Member of Royal College of Surgeons of England, Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of London, Licentiate of the Society of Apothecaries of London, now residing in Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 9th June, 1900, to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar at Auckland.

In the matter of the Waipawa Mail Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Foresters’ Hall, Waipawa, on Wednesday, the 11th day of April, 1900, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Monday, the 7th day of May, 1900, the following resolution was duly confirmed:—
RESOLUTION.
“That this company be wound up voluntarily, and that Walter James Tabuteau, of Napier, Estate Agent, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and of the Masterton Blacksmith and Wheelwright Manufacturing Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company, subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court, was, on the 16th day of May, 1900, presented to Sir Robert Stout, Knight, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, by the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 29th day of May, 1900; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

MOKAU SHIPPING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the above company held on Tuesday, the 17th April, 1900, and duly confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on Saturday, 5th May, 1900, viz.:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Acts, and that Messrs. Joseph Little and James Caddy Davies be appointed joint Liquidators.”
