NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the under-mentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to be held on Wednesday, the 23rd day of May, 1900, at 10 o’clock, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

Mining Notices.
I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Callaghan’s Creek Gold-dredging Company (Limited) as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

The name of the company is to be the Callaghan’s Creek Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

The place of intended operations is in or near the bed of Callaghan’s Creek, in the County of Grey, in the Colony of New Zealand, or such other place or places in New Zealand as may from time to time be decided upon.

The registered office of the company will be situated at Reefton, in the County of Inangahua, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the company is nine thousand three hundred and seventy-five pounds, in twelve thousand five hundred shares of fifteen shillings each.

The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand five hundred, being the entire number of shares in the company.

The number of paid-up shares is two thousand five hundred.

The amount already paid up in cash is seven hundred and fifty pounds, in addition to which the sum of one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five pounds is deemed to be paid up.
