In the matter of “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894”; and in the matter of a parcel of land, being Allotment 8, Block 2, on the plan of the Private Township of Mer-chiston, in the North Harbour and Blueskin District, in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less.
I HEREBY give notice that, by an order of his Honour Joshua Strange Williams, Esquire, a Judge of the Supreme Court, made at Dunedin on the 3rd day of April, 1900, the above-mentioned land was vested in the Public Trustee in terms of the provisions of “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”
