APPLICATION having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title for Allotment 1, Block II., Township of Ravensbourne, Register-book, Vol. xlvii., folio 120, in the name of WILLIAM HENRY FITZ-PATRICK, and satisfactory evidence having been produced of the loss of the original certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall, as requested, issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore carried on in the name of “J. H. Swann and Co.,” Oil Merchants, Crawford Street, Dunedin, is dissolved by mutual consent as from this date, and the said firm has ceased to carry on business. The book debts will be payable at the late office of the firm.

Under “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and the Acts amending the same.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Amuri County Council to take, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, the lands mentioned and described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes of a gravel-pit, and that a plan showing the lands required to be taken, together with the names of the owners and occupiers of such lands so far as they can be ascertained, has been deposited at the Amuri County Council office, Culverden, and is open for inspection. All persons affected by the taking of the said lands are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, on or before the 7th day of April, 1900, to the Amuri County Council.

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being part of Section 210, Square 90, situated in Blocks III. and VII., Culverden Survey District, Amuri County. Commencing at a point marked by a peg No. 1 on the north-western side of the road running north-easterly at the south-eastern side of the Red Post, the said point being distant north-easterly 12395·9 links from an old peg, also on the north-western side of the said road, and distant 50 links south-east of and bearing 318° 16′ on the said Red Post; thence north-easterly along the said road 707·5 links, and extending backwards 707·5 links north-westerly in a square block: as more particularly delineated on the accompanying plan, and coloured green.
