IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT, NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of the Puatai Block, and of an appeal by Mihi Hetekia and others against the decision of the Native Land Court given on the 6th day of May, 1898, determining the relative shares and interests in the said land.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
