IT is hereby notified for public information that the Commissioners appointed in pursuance of section 189 of “The Land Act, 1892,” have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

140A 5,824 Situated in Glenkenich and Rankleburn Survey Districts; bounded on the north by Run 140B, on the east by the Rankleburn, and on the south and west by surveyed land.
CLASS II.—PASTORAL AGRICULTURAL LANDS, being Lands adapted in part for Pasturage and in part for Agricultural Purposes, but suitable for Subdivision in Areas not exceeding Five Thousand Acres.
212G 1,654 Situated in Greenvale Survey District; bounded on the north-east and south by surveyed land, on the west by Runs 212E and 212F.
51 9,250 Situated in Tuapeka East Survey District; bounded on the north by Waipori River, on the east by commonage and Run 51A, and on the south-west by Waitahuna River and Run 6, Tuapeka.
Section 3, Block XVII., Greenvale District 320 Bounded on the north by Section 2, said Block XVII., on the south-east by Block IX., and on the west by Run 212G.
Section 1, Block VIII., Silverpeak District 2,118 Bounded on the north-west by Three-o’-Clock Creek Reserve and Section 3, Block VIII., Nenthorn, on the east by Block IX., and on the south by Block VI.
51A 10,460 Situated in the Waipori District; bounded generally on the north-east by surveyed land and Waipori River, on the south-east by surveyed land, on the south-west by Meggat Burn, and on the west by Run 51.
