NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to a Judge of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that, in terms of the judgment of the Appellate Court on the appeal of Mereana Matuarei, the Court will inquire and report for the information of the Appellate Court who are the persons entitled by Native custom to succeed to the interest of Hamuera te Punga, alias Hamuera Rangiuru, deceased, in Opunake, Block I., Section 102, and in what proportions entitled.

Notice is hereby given that, reference having been made by the Chief Judge, the Court will inquire into alleged errors in the partition order for Waitara West, Section 81B, and make such corrections as may be necessary.
