Notice of Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application
on that behalf made to me by the Christchurch
Bookbinders and Paper-rulers’ Industrial Union of Workers,
registered No. 175, situated at Christchurch, the registra-
tion of that industrial union will be cancelled at the expira-
tion of six weeks from the date hereof unless within the
six weeks specified proceedings be commenced by a member
or other person interested in or having some claim on the
funds of the industrial union to set aside such cancellation,
and the same is set aside accordingly.

Honour the Chief Justice a Commissioner of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand in the Colony of New South Wales,
under the 2nd section of “The Commissioners of the
Supreme Court Act, 1875,” for the purpose of administering
and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in
the said section mentioned.

on 18th—0·50 in.; latter part of month very fine; prevailing
N.W. winds, and frequently strong; rather cold weather for
time of year. Maximum temperature in shade 70°, minimum
40°; fog on 3rd; mean temperature of dew-point, 44·7°;
mean humidity, 67.
