NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned AARON AYERS and HERBERT ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP, trading in Cashel Street, in the City of Christchurch, as Auctioneers and Land and Estate Agents, under the name, style, or firm of “Ayers, Beauchamp, and Co.,” has been dissolved as and from the 21st day of October, 1899. The business, as and from that date, will be carried on by the said Herbert Arthur Beauchamp on his own account and for his own benefit, and he will receive all debts due to and pay all liabilities due by the late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between HERBERT SHAKESPEAR FENWICK and EDWARD ANDERSON (carrying on business as “Fenwick and Anderson,” Stock- and Share-brokers), has been dissolved by mutual consent.
Mr. Fenwick has now retired from the firm, and the business will in future be carried on by Mr. Anderson, who will settle all outstanding accounts.
