Proclaiming the Taking of a Road through Section 23a,
Block XVI., Hautapu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee of the land
hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Kiwitea
County Council, being the local authority in whose district
the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim
as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
The parcel of land mentioned hereunder:—

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirty-first day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine
