the exclusive right to enter and prospect for gold or any
other metal or mineral on the Native land specified in the
Schedule hereto, for a term of two years commencing from
the date hereof, subject to the provisions for renewal and
other the provisions of the aforesaid Act and the regulations
thereunder.
The license-fee of £ is payable annually in advance
whilst the license or its renewal continues in force.

cially affect the rights of any other person.

years, but so nevertheless as to expire on the 31st
day of December.
